Viscosity setup guide

Viscosity is a commercial OpenVPN client for Mac OS X and Windows.

  1. Install Viscosity

Download and install Viscosity from the SparkLabs site.

    http://www.sparklabs.com/viscosity/

  2. Install your VPNme profile

Once Viscosity is installed, you can download one or more preconfigured VPN profiles.

Choose the server, mode and port combination you want below. You can have as many profiles as you like installed.

(Please log in to download your VPN files!)

Open the downloaded .visz file and Viscosity should tell you that the import was successful.

You will be prompted for your tunnel username and password the first time you connect, so it might be a good idea to do that now.

  3. Connect to the VPN

Start Viscosity if it's not already running. From the menu bar (Mac) or taskbar (Windows), locate the Viscosity icon, click it and choose Connect VPNme from the list.

Enter the username and password for your VPN when prompted. Check the Remember my credentials box to streamline future connections.

(Please log in to see your VPN credentials!)

    That's it!
