Our recommendation is to use Tunnelblick; an excellent free, open-source OpenVPN client for macOS.
Download the Tunnelblick disk image.

Double-click the Tunnelblick icon from the disk image and follow the prompts to install the application.
(Please log in to download your VPN files!)
Open the downloaded file. Tunnelblick should open and guide you through the rest of the process.
Ensure that Tunnelblick is running. Pull down the Tunnelblick menu from the menu bar and select the VPNme connection you want to use.
You should now be connected! When you want to disconnect, use the same menu.
